Family Yoga Series
Amber Charne and Veronica Geretz rotate months teaching this wonderful class, full of fun, connection, and well-being for all members of your family. Each week we enjoy simple, light-hearted movement with songs and stories to help children make a connection to yoga. Postures and pace will depend on the group practicing. Set an example of peace and grounding for your child by joining us and sharing the joy of yoga with them.

This class is not recommended for children under the age of 2.5yrs.
$85 for a 5-pack of Family Yoga classes, which covers 1 practicing adult and 1 practicing child. Babies are free and invited to join the rest of the family in carseat or on a blanket.
